In case of outer packing of the product is damaged then immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product, before accepting the package from the courier company. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark as a proof on the delivery document.
We strive to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, in case the item is damaged during transit or there is a manufacturing defect, Rajwadi Art shall agree to provide credit to be used by the customer for further purchase. No refund will be provided in such case.

Rajwadi Art does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on international shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will refund the purchase price paid for the item, but we will not refund any shipping costs, duties, fees, or taxes. In addition, Rajwadi Art reserves the right to charge you for any import duty or taxes paid while goods are returned and we are charged by custom department for recovering the returned package. The customer can only cancel the order within 12 hours of the date of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 12 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we will process your refund for the items(s). You will be notified of the same.
